Choose a compatible destination
The receiving address must support the asset and network configured for your payments. Networks can use similar address formats, so matching the appearance of an address is not enough. Confirm support with your wallet provider before using the address.
- Check the receiving wallet belongs to the intended business setup.
- Confirm the token and network combination.
- Review the full address and any provider-specific receiving requirements.
How the payment reaches you
The customer pays a payment-specific address. The payment process tracks confirmation, and the payment contract separates the processing fee before settlement to the configured receiving address. The amount received may therefore differ from the gross customer payment.
The payment is paid but I cannot see the funds
Check the correct wallet account and network, and whether your wallet interface displays the relevant token. Compare the payment record with the settlement details available to you. A wallet interface that does not display a token is not by itself proof that the transfer failed.
- Check the gross payment and applicable processing fee.
- Record the receiving address and payment reference.
- Ask support to trace settlement if the records do not reconcile.
Changes and mistakes
Before changing your receiving setup, establish whether any existing payments are still in progress. Ask support how the change applies to those requests. Do not assume an address change redirects transfers already sent to an earlier address.
