Choose the purpose of your request
For help locating a payment, start with the payment-support guide. For access to your own information, correction of account details or business records, describe the specific request through Contact. Refer to the Privacy policy for the published privacy terms and contact information.
Prepare a focused request
A clear scope helps distinguish a routine account query from a request for records belonging to a business or another person. The first message should describe the request rather than attach a large set of sensitive documents.
- Provide your name, account email and business name where relevant.
- Explain your relationship to the account and any authority to act for the business.
- Specify the records or correction you want and the relevant dates.
- Include payment references that help locate the records.
- Ask which verification and secure delivery steps apply.
Requests on someone else’s behalf
Explain whom you represent and the basis on which you act. A wallet address or transaction hash alone does not establish authority to receive someone else’s account information. Do not assume a request will result in disclosure before identity and authority have been assessed.
Authorities and official requests
An official requester should identify their organisation, role, official contact details, case reference, the legal basis for the request, the records sought and the relevant period. Use the contact channel to request routing and secure submission instructions. This help article does not designate an address for formal legal service or replace any applicable legal process.
Keep the request proportionate
Do not put identity numbers, private keys or sensitive case documents into the initial public form. Retain your enquiry reference and clarify scope in the same correspondence where possible. Availability, verification and disclosure depend on the records and the applicable process; no recovery or disclosure outcome is guaranteed.
